タトル・ツインズと功績のメダル

My kids were asking some tough questions about fairness lately, and this book opened up a great conversation about merit versus circumstances. The storyline with the competition really made them think about why rewarding effort alone isn't always the only answer.

The way the story tackles complex ideas about fairness in competition is perfect for sparking real conversations with my 8-year-old. We paused several times to discuss how being treated differently based on circumstances didn't feel right. It got him thinking in a way most books don't.

My kids were glued to the pages as Ethan and Emily grapple with a fairness dilemma that's actually relevant today. The way it sparks questions about merit versus circumstances kept us talking long after we finished the chapter.
