Tvillingarna Tuttle lär sig om lagen

I was a little worried the Swedish translation would feel clunky, but the liberty themes come through just as clearly as in the English version. My kids actually asked to read it again the same night we finished it.

My kids have been asking for more books in Swedish, and this one finally gives them a story about freedom and rights that we can read together. The chapters are short enough for bedtime, and the discussion questions at the end sparked some great talks with my oldest.

The Swedish translation flows so naturally that my son didn’t even realize he was practicing his reading—he was just absorbed in the story about freedom and rules. It’s a sturdy paperback that’s held up well to being tossed in his backpack every day this week.
